All major cards accepted, including apple, google, samsung pay and contactless.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment please ring 07545296642 with as much notice as possible. A minimum of 24 hours is required for cancellations.

VETERINARY REFERRAL FORMS
Before any treatment, permissions needs to be obtained from your Veterinary Surgeon to adhere to the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966. This is a legal requirement for any practitioner that carries out treatment on your animal.
You can either:
1. Download and fill out the form, get it signed by your Vet and then email it over to mcmahonvetphysio@gmail.com
or
2. We can send the form to your vet for you, just give us a call

In accordance with the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, all animals must have Veterinary referral prior to treatment. For further information please discuss with Danielle.

Please make sure your animal is clean and dry prior assessments and treatments. Additionally please make sure you have adequate equipment to hold the animal during treatment - collars, lead ropes, leads etc.
​
Payment is required at the time of treatment or within 7 days if being paid by bank transfer.
